PROPERTY OVERVIEW:
1st Floor:
Stepping into the home you’ll find access to the garage and powder room on the way to the open-plan living room, dining room, and kitchen. There is seating for four at the dining table with an additional three seats at the breakfast bar. Just off the kitchen is the screened-in back porch with accompanying seating.
2nd Floor:
Three of Ivy Paradise’s four bedrooms are found on the second floor. The master Bedroom includes a queen bed and en suite bathroom with a double vanity and shower. Across the hall are bedrooms two and three that both consist of twin over full bunks and share a bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
3rd Floor:
The huge third-floor bonus room is a great space for entertaining and is just across the hall from bedroom four comprised of a queen bedroom and full bathroom.
LOCATION:
“Ivy Paradise” is located within The Ivy in Inlet Beach neighborhood. The home enjoys easy access to the 30A corridor and is only half a mile from the Inlet Beach Regional Access. The home is perfectly positioned with the nature trails of Camp Helen State Park to the east and the convenience of upscale shopping and dining at 30Avenue to just to the west. The property is a 20-minute drive from Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP).

The home provides access to a superb community pool complete with bathrooms and seating, a full-size washer and dryer, beach gear (beach chairs, beach toys, body boards, etc.), a BBQ grill, towels (excluding beach towels), hair dryers, fresh linens, cutlery, an iron and ironing board, and cooking utensils.
The home can comfortably accommodate two cars on the driveway.

Unless you have specifically arranged for an early arrival time, please do not arrive at the property before your scheduled check-in time.
Do not hang towels on porch/balcony railings. The HOA imposed fines on guests found to be doing so.
This home has a strict no-pet policy. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents and deposits, and the guest will be responsible for any direct consequential damages.
This home is strictly non-smoking.
